What can I do if my customer still has not received my parcel?

First, please double confirm with the customer that if he has received the parcel or not because sometimes the driver may leave the parcel to their neighbor or in a secure location.


  1. Contact us via the request form
  2. Provide your consignment number / tracking number
  3. Tell us what the situation is
  4. File a claim in advance in case missing the deadline

We will then process the request and provide you with a status update once we have more information provided by the courier.
