First, please double confirm with the customer that if he has received the parcel or not because sometimes the driver may leave the parcel to their neighbor or in a secure location.
Otherwise:
- Contact us via the request form
- Provide your consignment number / tracking number
- Tell us what the situation is
- File a claim in advance in case missing the deadline
We will then process the request and provide you with a status update once we have more information provided by the courier.
