How can my customers return a parcel?

Parcel return methods and prices vary between our delivery partners.

Please refer to the information below to find out how returns work with your choice of delivery partner.

 

  • UKMail returns:

    Please book a return by clicking on the"return parcel" link at the top menu on www.parcelbright.com.

    Returns with UKMail will cost the same as it did to send the parcel to the recipient, plus an additional surcharge of £2.52 - as dictated by our partnership agreement with UKMail.

    On the collection date selected, theUKMail driver will bring the label to the customer's address and apply it to the package.

  • DHL returns:

    Please book a return by clicking on the"return parcel" link at the top menu on www.parcelbright.com.

    The return deliveryis charged atstandard DHL delivery rates, and will therefore cost the same as the original shipment.

    Please ensure you have forwarded the label to yourcustomer once the pickupis booked, as the driver will refuse the collection if there is no label applied to the package.

  • Hermes returns:

    Please contact us at: support@parcelbright.com to arrange your return.

    Include the weight and size of the parcel, along with where you'd like the parcel to go and where you would like it collected from.

    You will be charged standard Hermes delivery rates, so the return will cost the same as the original shipment.

    Bear in mind, Hermes service also offers drop-off options which allow the parcel to be taken to a drop-off depot, or high street shop. You can find your nearest drop-off location here. It can sometimes be useful to send your customer this URL, so that they can make use of drop-off locations if they wish, thought we generally recommend you arrange a courier collection from the customer's address.
