Do I need to add a collection address to my account if I am using a drop-off service? Do I always need one?

You must always have at least one address registered on your account in order to send anything anywhere. No matter the service, collection or delivery, a company address is used for processing and may be needed in the event of a return parcel.

You can add multiple collection addresses, so for certain services you can use a customer address in the collection address field to organize a return delivery. This will not work for UKMail when you must follow the "return parcel" tab or MyHermes services when you should email support at: support@parcelbright.com supplying us with all the information we need as standard for any delivery.
