How do I file a claim if my parcel is lost or damaged?

After you confirmed your parcel has been lost or damaged, please fill a claim form where you can find under "My Shipments" -> "Shipment Details" -> File claim.

In the claim form, you have to provide:

  • Photos of packaging (Both interior and exterior)
  • Photos of the damaged item (Show the damages clearly)
  • Proof of cost price (Purchase note)
  • Proof of retail price (Customer Invoice)

Please provide as much information as you can which can help us to speed up the investigation and get your compensation back.

Moreover, please submit your claim within the days limited depending if it is lost or damaged. We will not be able to accept any claims if they are filed late as per our courier partner policies.
