How to rebook a collection?

If it has already passed 5pm and there is still no sign of the driver, please do contact us so we can re-book the collection and follow up the issue for you.

If you happen to miss the collection / will not be available at the time of collection, you can re-book it using our system. Simply go to My Shipments, locate your shipment and you should be able to find the "Rebook Pick up" tab on the top as shown below:
