What happens if my item is not delivered?

Most parcels are delivered between 9:00am - 6:00pm. It is not possible to check with couriers while en-route so cannot offer an ETA on the delivery day.

Failed delivery:
We carefully handpicked our couriers, however sometimes a delivery can fail for a number of reasons. If you missed the delivery, it will be rescheduled on the next working day however you can always re-book it with us within My Shipments.

If delivery wasn't attempted, please let us know straight away and we will contact the courier network on your behalf and get back to you in a timely manner.
